Business Development Associate Job

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Associate to manage and follow up on outstanding payments from customers in the North Kerala region.

About the Role:
  1. Manage and follow up on outstanding payments from customers in the North Kerala region
  2. Perform customer ledger reconciliations and ensure timely closure of pending issues
  3. Process and track entries related to channel finance payments and holdbacks
  4. Post accurate bank entries for receivables on a regular basis
  5. Process credit notes, including cash and additional discounts, in accordance with company policy
  6. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth reconciliation and resolution of discrepancies
  7. Maintain proper documentation and ensure accuracy in accounting entries
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounting or financial operations
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally or SAP
  • Good understanding of accounting principles, especially accounts receivable and reconciliation processes
  • Strong follow-up, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in financial data handling
