Customer Success Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless transition of potential and existing clients through the enrolment process.

This involves providing clear and concise information about our health transformation programs via multiple communication channels, guiding new leads through the enrolment and re-enrolment process, and coordinating with our internal coaching team for smooth onboarding.

You will also be required to maintain, manage, and update client data using our CRM tools and systems, support clients with after-enrolment needs, escalate concerns when needed, and ensure timely resolution.

To succeed in this role, you must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a consultative and empathetic tone. You should also be able to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced, high-interaction environment.

Key Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong customer service skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment
  • Proficiency in English and basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software)
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Prior experience in customer service or relationship management is a plus
