Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA professional with expertise in manual and functional testing.

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in regression, smoke, and sanity testing, as well as proficiency in SQL and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute test cases for functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
  • Conduct thorough manual testing of web and backend applications.
  • Write and execute SQL queries for data validation and backend testing.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs using standard bug tracking tools.
  • Participate in requirement analysis and provide QA insights during planning.
  • Contribute to process improvements and QA best practices.
Required Skills:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Manual and Functional QA.
  • Strong understanding of Regression, Smoke, and Sanity testing techniques.
  • Proficiency in SQL for backend validation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Good to Have:
  • Experience in Mortgage, Finance, or Banking domains.
  • Familiarity with IBMi systems.
  • Knowledge of Automation Testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
