Job Title: Quality Assurance Expert

We are seeking a detail-oriented and meticulous individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Expert.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing technical checks on files daily, ensuring that our subtitles conform to industry standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify that language subtitles meet industry guidelines and client requirements.
  • Conduct thorough checks against reference material related to the project.
  • Implement required instructions to ensure error-free final products.
  • Maintain an average quality yield of 99% throughout the year.
  • Update work trackers to reflect accurate project status.
  • Ensure timely delivery for all clients.
  • Coordinate with PC and update Project Notes to implement changes or fixes in languages.
  • Provide feedback to other users and departments to improve quality measures.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Mentor new recruits to bring them up to expected quality standards.
  • Promote teamwork and suggest improvements to subtitling workflows.
  • Participate in job and personal knowledge training programs.
  • Display eagerness to learn and grow in the role.
