**Job Title:** Quality Assurance Director

 

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our quality assurance and control processes for real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in overseeing quality assurance and control processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement QA/QC policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and quality.
  • Identify and report defects, deviations, or non-compliances.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve issues.
  • Evaluate and approve construction documents, plans, and specifications.
  • E nsure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Train and lead QA/QC team members.
  • Manage and maintain quality records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 20 years of experience in QA/QC roles in real estate or construction.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
  • Professional certifications like ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or CQM are desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is required.
