Medical Professional Talent Acquisition Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of our medical professionals. This includes developing and implementing effective new hire orientation and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain effective onboarding programs to enhance employee engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide assistance with payroll and benefits administration, ensuring seamless operations
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and industry standards
  • Travel across various locations in AP and TS as required, providing support to medical professionals and promoting a positive work environment
Essential Qualifications:
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience working in Human Resources, preferably in a healthcare setting, with a proven track record of talent acquisition and management
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders and medical professionals
  • Prior experience in dealing with medical professionals, understanding their unique needs and challenges
