Phaco Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Phaco Specialist to drive demand generation of assigned equipment in their allocated region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining good rapport with customers through regular visits, organizing product training sessions, and preparing comprehensive reports for head office.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure seamless adoption of our products.
  2. Conduct product training sessions to enhance customer knowledge and skills.
  3. Prepare detailed reports to track sales progress and make informed decisions.
  4. Meet or exceed sales targets and collaborate with the sales team on project coordination.
  5. Support marketing efforts by participating in trade shows and other marketing events.
  6. Develop engaging presentations that showcase the benefits of our products.
  7. Provide training and support materials for other sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
