Job Title: Executive Support Coordinator
This role is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to senior management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate personnel or departments.
- Maintaining calendars, making appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Organizing and managing physical and electronic files.
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping duties, including invoicing and expense monitoring.
- Handling correspondence, including emails, letters, and faxes.
- Making travel arrangements and booking accommodations.
- Coordinating meetings and events, including agenda creation and minute-taking.
- Performing general office chores, such as ordering supplies.
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven experience working in an administrative role, preferably as a secretary or executive assistant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
- Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and situations.
Additional Requirements:
- 5-12 years of relevant work experience.
