Job Title: Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing large groups of people
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal skills with experience in customer relationship management
  • International voice experience, with outbound experience being an added advantage
  • Operating in US shift timings and stretching as required
  • Managing client issues and escalating them to multiple levels of site and operations management
  • Developing client strategies to meet client and corporate goals

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to manage a team effectively. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in customer relationship management.

Requirements
  • Candidates should have a background in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or Business Process Management (BPM)
  • Only diversity candidates are eligible to apply
  • Telecom industry experience is preferred
  • Total experience of 10 years or more
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably as a manager
  • Any graduate degree or equivalent diploma in Business Management or Administration
  • 4 or more years of directly related experience, including 2 or more years of supervisory experience
