Deputy Finance Manager Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Deputy Finance Manager to lead our finance department and drive business growth.

Job Summary:

A results-driven Deputy Finance Manager is required to oversee end-to-end accounting processes, ensure financial close, and maintain GAAP compliance while delivering accurate and timely financial reporting.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Accounting & Reporting: Manage end-to-end accounting processes, including P2P, R2R, O2C, and guarantee accurate and timely monthly financial close
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and manage financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability, providing insightful analysis to drive strategic decision-making
  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Qualification: CA/CMA/CA Inter
  • Experience: 1-3+ years of experience in finance, preferably in start-ups or scaling up businesses
  • Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling, accounting and reporting software, MS Office, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced expertise in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
