Job Title: Project Manager – MS Dynamics 365 Finance

We are seeking a skilled and experienced project manager to coordinate and oversee the implementation of MS Dynamics 365 Finance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

  • Coordinate meetings, document agendas, minutes, decisions, and action items.
  • Monitor project plans, track issues and risks, and consolidate updates for status reports.
  • Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely updates and resolution of blockers.
  • Elevate risks and dependencies to leadership as needed.
  • Assign clear ownership for all action items and ensure accountability.
  • Support project governance through documentation, reporting, and progress tracking.

The role requires proactive coordination, effective issue/risk management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams across global time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster collaboration between business, IT, and vendor teams across multiple workstreams.
  • Strong understanding of ERP programs, preferably MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain.
  • Proficiency in O365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and Jira for issue/risk tracking.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
  • 3–5 years of experience in ERP programs, preferably MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain.
  • Knowledge of ERP workstreams: Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, integrations, testing cycles.
