Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled financial professional to oversee our organization's financial planning, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement effective financial strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Analyze and manage the organization's liabilities and investments to optimize returns.
  • Oversee fundraising plans and capital structure to secure necessary resources.

Responsibilities

  • Determine key performance indicators (KPIs) for finance operations.
  • Track and ensure cash flow is adequate and sustainable.
  • Supervise finance personnel, including controllers, financial advisors, and treasurers.
  • Negotiate and retain relationships with various vendors.
  • Prepare and present current reports and forecasting reports.

Requirements

  • Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or Accounting professional with strong understanding of income tax compliance and GST filings.
  • Experience in working capital management, inventory, and receivables.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters' degree in Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, preferably with a strong background in accounting.

Location

In-person work location available in Malappuram, Kerala.
