As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and client acquisition. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with HR leaders and decision-makers to promote our staffing and payroll solutions.
The key responsibilities of this role include identifying and acquiring new clients in the Bangalore and South India region for staffing, contract hiring, and payroll outsourcing services. You will also build and maintain long-term relationships with HR Heads, CHROs, and senior decision-makers.
Developing business strategies and action plans to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets is another critical aspect of this role. Additionally, you will prepare proposals, empanelment documents, and client presentations, as well as negotiate commercials, contracts, and SLAs with clients.
Collaborating with recruitment & operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services is essential. You will track competitor activities, market trends, and emerging business opportunities, maintain a robust sales pipeline, and provide regular business reports to management.
You will also represent us at industry events, HR forums, and networking platforms. Mentoring and guiding junior BD executives in the team is an added responsibility.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and client acquisition skills. Knowledge of staffing models, payroll management, and HR outsourcing is necessary. A proven track record in achieving business targets in the staffing/payroll industry is required.
A graduate or postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or HR is preferred. 5–10 years of experience in Business Development, with minimum 3 years in staffing/recruitment/payroll services, is mandatory. Exposure to contract staffing & payroll outsourcing is a must. Candidates with a strong client network across India will be given preference.
