3D Product Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a detail-obsessed, quality-driven leader to join our 3D team as a Quality Manager. As the holder of this position, you will be responsible for setting and maintaining high visual standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enforce high visual standards for realism, lighting, and layout
  • Audit editor work, track rework trends, and lead corrective actions to ensure quality excellence
  • Collaborate with trainers to upskill based on real data analysis
  • Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows and speed up editing without compromising quality
  • Boost Jeeves scores and reduce rework by identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in virtual staging
  • QA or team lead experience
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Blender, and 3DsMax
  • Data-driven mindset and strong visual feedback skills
  • Degree in Architecture, 3D Product Designing
