Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Visual Designer with experience in branding and social media advertising to join our growing creative team. This is a fully remote position. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for aesthetics, a strong grasp of brand systems, and the ability to execute high-quality visual content across digital platforms with quick turnaround times. Familiarity with working on branding projects and campaign-based design for Instagram, Meta Ads, and other digital formats is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality designs for branding deliverables, including logos, packaging, brand kits, and brand extensions
  • Design visually compelling content for social media posts, campaigns, and advertisements
  • Work closely with the content and strategy teams to translate briefs into visually impactful outputs
  • Develop consistent visual identity systems across platforms and brand touchpoints
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail in all design deliverables
  • Meet tight deadlines and deliver quick turnarounds without compromising on design quality
  • Stay updated on design trends, especially in the branding and digital advertising space
  • Organize design files for team access and maintain version control
  • Collaborate with team members and participate in internal review discussions

Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); knowledge of Figma is a plus
  • Prior experience in branding projects and creating assets for digital marketing campaigns
  • Excellent sense of design, typography, color, and layout
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with quick turnaround
  • A portfolio that showcases branding, social media, and ad campaign work
  • Strong attention to detail and a sharp eye for visual composition
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in a creative or advertising agency is highly desirable
