Job Title: Procurement CoordinatorAbout the Role:In the position of Procurement Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire procurement process from sourcing to onboarding and training contractor interior vendors as per supply plan and ensuring strict adherence.You will take ownership of vendor negotiations and contribute to optimizing product margins.Main Responsibilities: Tracking of vendors' project POs, invoices, GST filing, and payments. Primary ownership of contract vendor's rating, bandwidth, rewards, and churning along with day-to-day vendor escalation management. Proactively engage with stakeholders (QS, Operations, Procurement, Sales, and Finance teams) to track/resolve the above parameters/issues. Conducting monthly town halls with vendors. Active involvement in special projects/key initiatives.Requirements: Graduate / Post Graduate from Tier 2/Tier 3 institute. 1 to 2 years of experience in vendor management or operations. Problem-solving capabilities. Good communication skills – Verbal & Written. Moderate skill of Excel, PPT, Word. Good aptitude. Extremely high level of ownership. Proactive and capable of prioritizing work.Bonus Points: Prior experience with vendor management software.
