Job Description: Senior Manager ProcurementCompany: Vikas Medical DevicesReports to: DirectorJob SummaryLead the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for medical device distribution. Ensure cost-effective purchasing, strict process compliance, and seamless coordination with vendors and internal teams to support operational goals.Key Responsibilities- Oversee the procurement process from purchase order to payment, ensuring compliance and approvals at each stage.- Lead vendor selection, negotiation, and RFQ processes to secure favorable terms.- Manage and mentor the procurement team, delegating tasks and tracking performance via daily/weekly reports.- Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure timely GRN processing and discrepancy resolution.- Ensure accurate documentation, system updates (SAP/Tally), and portal uploads (GEM/ECCI).Qualifications & Skills- 8+ years in procurement/supply chain, preferably in medical devices.- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.- Proficient in SAP, MS Excel, and procurement portals.- Strong leadership, negotiation, and process management skills.- High integrity and attention to detail.KPIs- Procurement cycle time- Cost savings- Report timeliness- Compliance adherence
