Job Description: Senior Manager Procurement Company: Vikas Medical Devices Reports to: Director Job Summary Lead the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for medical device distribution. Ensure cost-effective purchasing, strict process compliance, and seamless coordination with vendors and internal teams to support operational goals. Key Responsibilities - Oversee the procurement process from purchase order to payment, ensuring compliance and approvals at each stage. - Lead vendor selection, negotiation, and RFQ processes to secure favorable terms. - Manage and mentor the procurement team, delegating tasks and tracking performance via daily/weekly reports. - Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure timely GRN processing and discrepancy resolution. - Ensure accurate documentation, system updates (SAP/Tally), and portal uploads (GEM/ECCI). Qualifications & Skills - 8+ years in procurement/supply chain, preferably in medical devices. - Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field. - Proficient in SAP, MS Excel, and procurement portals. - Strong leadership, negotiation, and process management skills. - High integrity and attention to detail. KPIs - Procurement cycle time - Cost savings - Report timeliness - Compliance adherence
