PositionOverview:We are seeking an experiencedSales Manager to drive sustainableprofitable business growth manage customer relationships anddevelop strategies for domestic and international markets. Thecandidate will play a key role in achieving business goalsexpanding market reach and promoting new productdevelopment.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Achieverevenue contribution DSO and other business unittargets.
  • Develop and implement strategic shortmedium and longterm plans for customers segments andproducts.
  • Manage profitability and cash flowthrough value selling inventory control and efficient management ofaccount receivables.
  • Identify new businessopportunities and acquire new customers channel partners andprincipals in domestic and internationalmarkets.
  • Maximize profitability by creating astrong order pipeline focusing on new projects and replacementmarket opportunities.
  • Collaborate with regionalteams to understand customer needs and deliver value propositionsthrough strategic customer engagements.
  • Developmarket intelligence through competitive landscape analysis marketshare mapping and stakeholder assessments.
  • Leadmarketing and communication strategies through direct sellingevents exhibitions and projects.
  • Foster newproduct development by addressing market gaps and collaboratingwith manufacturing and product teams.
  • Ensuretalent development through leadership training and employeesatisfaction initiatives.
  • Strengthen principalrelationships by serving as the primary business contact drivingtechnology and businessdevelopment.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/B.E.in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (MBA is aplus).
  • Minimum of 10 years ofexperience in WWTP Sales or BusinessDevelopment.
