The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering CRM solutions within the Financial Services industry, coupled with a deep understanding of Customer Engagement, Customer Onboarding, Sales, and Customer Service concepts and their applications in Financial Services.The Product Director will envision, prioritize, and develop features and functions of the VeriTouch product to meet customers' and internal stakeholders' needs. This role involves leading the product team, establishing the product vision, prioritizing tasks for alignment with customer and stakeholder needs, directing reports including Business Analyst, Quality Assurance, Product Engineering, and UI/UX teams, developing and maintaining the product roadmap aligning with company goals and objectives, defining and prioritizing product features based on business requirements, customer feedback, and project delivery team inputs, creating a clear product vision and goals to guide product teams and stakeholders, managing and prioritizing the product backlog to ensure maximum business and customer value, actively participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies to provide feedback, accept deliverables, and adjust the product backlog as needed, serving as a bridge between product teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of product vision and requirements across all parties, overseeing the creation and maintenance of product assets including functional requirements, test cases, implementation guides, user guides, trainings, and others, conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities and improvements for existing products, monitoring and analyzing product performance metrics to identify areas for enhancement, providing guidance and support to sales and pre-sales teams including defining sales plans and articulating the product's value proposition to customers, collaborating with professional services teams to support projects implementing the product, assisting the customer success team with roadmap presentations, obtaining product feedback, and providing pre-sales support for product features, attending sales meetings, pre-sales discussions, and marketing events as required, assessing emerging technologies and their applicability to business needs, preparing business cases in collaboration with stakeholders and overseeing their implementation with the development team.Required Skills and QualificationsWe're looking for a seasoned executive with:Extensive experience delivering CRM solutions within the Financial Services industry.A deep understanding of Customer Engagement, Customer Onboarding, Sales, and Customer Service concepts and their applications in Financial Services.Prior experience leading cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Quality Assurance, Product Engineers, and UI/UX Designers.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify key trends and insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.A proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction through innovative product development.BenefitsWe offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:Competitive salary and bonus structure.Comprehensive health insurance, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.401(k) retirement plan with company match.Generous paid time off and holidays.Professional development opportunities, including training and education programs.OthersWe're committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture, where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their best work.
