This role requires collaboration with the content, merchandising, and creative teams to drive business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Performance & Digital AdvertisingDevelop and execute high-performing paid ad campaigns across various channels.Build and refine campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions, and trending collections.Monitor and optimize ROAS, CPC, CPM, CTR, and CAC to maximize efficiency and profitability.Data, Analytics & ReportingTrack daily performance metrics, identify actionable insights, and inform campaign scaling or optimization decisions.Design and maintain dashboards to monitor sales funnels, customer journeys, and micro-conversions.Conduct A/B testing for creatives, targeting, landing pages, offers, and funnel stages.Funnel OptimizationMap, design, and optimize the full marketing funnel: Awareness → Consideration → Conversion → Repeat Purchase → Advocacy.Enhance website conversion rate, cart recovery, and overall paid campaign performance.Collaborate with the Shopify team to suggest improvements for speed, UX, and product-page conversions.Creative & Content CoordinationProvide briefs to the content/creative team on trends, messaging, hooks, and ad angles that work.Assist in developing SEO-friendly product descriptions, reels, UGC concepts, and high-impact creatives.Brand & Growth StrategyIdentify opportunities for growth across gifting seasons, festivals, influencer collaborations, and new product categories.Stay updated on industry trends and retail strategies.Support launch planning for collections, bundles, holiday campaigns, and seasonal drops.RequirementsProven experience in digital marketing or growth roles (D2C, eCommerce, fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle preferred).Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Analytics, Shopify data, and marketing attribution models.Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a fast-growing startup environment with agility and creativity.Strong communication skills and trend awareness.Why Join Us?Be part of a rapidly growing affordable luxury brand redefining trends in jewelry.Creative freedom to test, innovate, and drive impact.Flexible work culture with high autonomy and learning opportunities.Opportunity to see your ideas directly translate into real-time sales and brand growth.Work closely with the core team building the future of luxury fashion.
