Senior Finance Manager

Overview: VDart is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manager / Assistant Manager - Finance with a mandatory qualification of CA or CMA to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance, with a focus on driving financial efficiency and ensuring accurate financial records. The role requires effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and a deep understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. Shift: 02:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage day-to-day finance operations, ensuring accurate maintenance of financial records. Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and other financial reports in compliance with regulatory requirements. Monitor and analyze accounting data, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes to support financial planning and decision-making. Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund flow to ensure the financial health of the organization. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements (both internal and external). Coordinate and collaborate with external auditors for statutory audits and ensure timely closure of audits. Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and controls to optimize financial operations. Support senior management with strategic financial planning, cost management, and performance analysis. Monitor and report key financial metrics, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements. Stay updated with the latest changes in financial regulations, accounting standards, and best practices. Required Skills: CA (Chartered Accountant) or CMA (Cost & Management Accountant) (Mandatory) Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Expertise in using accounting software and financial tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.). Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other financial modeling tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Good communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management. Qualifications: CA (Chartered Accountant) (Mandatory) 7+ years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate finance or accounting environment. Expertise in Costing, Accounting Controls & Procedures, Audit and Final Accounts Management, Direct & Indirect Tax Management.
