Role Overview:
As a Guest Relations Executive, you're not just a face at the front desk — you're the heartbeat of the Cozmo experience. You'll be the first impression, the friendly fixer, the calm in the chaos, and the go-to person for our residents. Whether it's handling a late-night check-in or making sure a resident's birthday doesn't go unnoticed — your job is to make every guest feel like they belong.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver outstanding service that makes every guest feel like a VIP (or at least a Very Important Cozmonaut)
- Manage day-to-day front desk operations with professionalism and poise
- Build strong relationships with residents and guests — be their local go-to
- Handle resident concerns with empathy, urgency, and a solutions-first mindset
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and a seamless resident experience
- Keep a pulse on guest feedback and work proactively to elevate service standards
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and front office documentation
You're a Great Fit If You:
- Have 1-3 years of experience in hospitality, front office, or guest relations (student housing experience = bonus points)
- Love working with people and have the interpersonal skills to match
- Are calm under pressure and thrive in fast-paced, multitasking environments
- Are a master communicator — whether it's face-to-face, on the phone, or over email
- Know your way around MS Office and basic office tech
- Believe hospitality should be warm, personal, and a little bit fun
- Hold a degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
