They should also possess a keen sense of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.Responsibilities:Assist with Recruitment: Help identify and select top talent for available positions, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.Training Management: Assist with planning, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills.Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to boost employee morale, motivation, and productivity.Requirements:Fresher/Student from any Graduation Degree: We welcome candidates from diverse academic backgrounds, with a preference for those pursuing BBA/MBA.Availability: Willingness to work 5-6 hours a day, Monday to Saturday.Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential.Interpersonal Skills: Excellent ability to interact effectively with colleagues, managers, and clients.Documentation Skills: Strong documentation and reporting skills are required.Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of CRM tools.Personal Qualities: Proactive, self-motivated, humble, honest, transparent, and able to maintain confidentiality.What We Offer:A dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
