Job Description We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive / HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment as well as supporting day-to-day HR operations, including employee engagement, policy implementation, and performance management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in all areas of Human Resources. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition · Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. · Understand manpower requirements and prepare effective job descriptions. · Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Job Hai), referrals, and social media platforms. · Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. · Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases. · Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. HR Operations & Generalist Activities · Support implementation of HR policies and ensure employee compliance. · Maintain employee records, HR databases, and attendance systems. · Handle onboarding and induction programs for new employees. · Manage employee grievances and assist in conflict resolution. · Plan and execute employee engagement and referral programs. · Assist with performance review cycles (quarterly, annual, and 360° evaluations). · Coordinate training and development programs based on business needs. · Support payroll inputs and statutory compliance processes. · Evaluate and recommend HR tools or software to improve efficiency. Requirements Requirements · 1–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment functions. · Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment and basic HR operations. · Strong understanding of labour laws, employee lifecycle management, and compliance. · Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills. · Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. · Technical Skills: Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, Zoho Payroll, Zoho Sign . · Good working knowledge of job portals – Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Job Hai , etc. Qualification Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in a similar HR or recruitment role.
