Job Title: HR Strategic PartnerOverview: We seek a seasoned HR Strategic Partner to drive impactful workforce planning and lead the HR team in delivering strategic HR initiatives.The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing HR strategies, developing and executing HR policies, managing end-to-end hiring processes, running performance management programs, fostering a positive organizational culture, and overseeing change effectively.This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Manager/AVP located in Bengaluru, India, with flexibility for partial remote work. The successful candidate will lead the development of HR strategies aligned with business objectives, ensure compliance with labor laws, and collaborate with leadership to drive business outcomes.Responsibilities:Drive HR strategy and workforce planning to support business growthLead and mentor the HR team to deliver strategic HR initiativesManage end-to-end hiring processes, including recruitment, selection, and onboardingDevelop and execute HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor lawsOversee performance management programs, including goal setting, feedback, and performance evaluationsFoster a positive organizational culture through employee engagement and development initiativesCollaborate with leadership to drive business outcomes and achieve organizational goalsRequirements:Proven expertise in HR practices, including HR Policies and Employee RelationsStrong knowledge of Labor and Employment LawExperience in Performance Management and HR SystemsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a hybrid work environment and manage a team across diverse functionsBachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldRelevant certifications such as SHRM or HRCI are a plus
