Product Strategy & RoadmapDefine the short-term and long-term product strategy aligned with company vision.Analyze market trends, competition, customer insights, and clinical needs to identify new opportunities.Develop a robust product roadmap that balances innovation, profitability, and compliance.2. Product Development & LaunchCollaborate with R&D, design, and manufacturing teams to develop new products.Manage the product development lifecycle—from concept, prototyping, testing, and regulatory approval to commercial launch.Drive launch readiness: pricing, packaging, positioning, marketing materials, and training.3. Market Research & Competitive AnalysisConduct detailed market studies, competitor benchmarking, and user feedback collection.Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Recommend product improvements or extensions based on data-driven insights.4. Sales & Marketing EnablementPartner with the marketing team to create campaigns, promotional materials, and product messaging.Support the sales team with product training, clinical insights, and value proposition articulation.Monitor sales performance, channel feedback, and customer satisfaction metrics.5. Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)Manage existing product portfolios, ensuring they remain competitive and profitable.Recommend product rationalization, re-engineering, or discontinuation as required.Ensure continuous improvement based on post-market surveillance and user feedback.6. Cross-Functional CollaborationLiaise with Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams.Ensure products meet compliance and regulatory standards.Coordinate with external partners, suppliers, or contract manufacturers when needed.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Business Management.MBA in Marketing / Strategy preferred.3–12 years of experience in Product Management within Medical Devices, Healthcare, FMCG, or Consumer Products.Demonstrated success in managing a full product lifecycle.Experience in regulatory compliance (for medical/health products) preferred.
