Job Title: Strategic Learning ManagerWe are seeking an experienced and strategic learning manager to lead the development of our NEET vertical.Leadership & Strategy:Develop a comprehensive strategy for the NEET vertical, encompassing content, teachers, operations, and product development.Plan and execute academic calendars, learning journeys, and course structures that meet the needs of our students.Establish pricing, packaging, and scaling strategies to ensure the long-term sustainability of our NEET programs.Teacher & Academic Management:Identify, recruit, and manage a team of subject matter experts in physics, chemistry, and biology to develop high-quality educational content.Coordinate with these experts to develop question banks, notes, tests, and study modules that cater to the diverse needs of our students.Maintain the highest standards of academic quality and integrity in all our NEET offerings.Content & Product Development:Oversee the creation of engaging lectures, digital products, mock tests, and study materials that enhance the learning experience of our students.Collaborate with design, video, and technology teams to deliver a seamless and effective learning experience.Develop innovative formats and approaches to improve learning efficiency and student outcomes.Operations & Execution:Manage the day-to-day operations of our NEET programs, including class schedules, doubt-solving sessions, and planning.Ensure effective coordination between teachers, operations, technology, and student support teams to deliver exceptional customer service.Monitor student progress, feedback, and satisfaction to inform continuous improvement initiatives.Marketing & Growth Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted launch campaigns and brand positioning for our NEET offerings.Support online marketing efforts, social media outreach, and advertising strategies to reach a broader audience.Analyze student behavior and engagement data to optimize conversion and retention rates. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, teaching, or a related field. They should possess excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills, as well as a deep understanding of the NEET exam and its requirements.
