- Position: Strategic Growth Partner (B2B Sales) - Company: Sudo24 Learning Pvt. Ltd. - Location: Pan India (Hybrid - Remote + Field Visits) - Working Days: Monday-Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM About the Role: Join our dynamic EdTech team to build strong B2B partnerships with schools, colleges, and training institutes. You'll promote our skill development courses, drive bulk student enrollments, and help shape the company's growth strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and onboard B2B partners for student enrollments. - Pitch and promote courses (English Speaking, MERN Stack, Digital Marketing, etc.). - Maintain long-term relationships with institutions. - Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Requirements: - Graduate in any field (MBA/Marketing preferred). - 1-3 years of B2B Sales/Business Development experience (EdTech preferred). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and open to travel. Salary & Benefits: - Fixed Pay: Up to - 5 LPA + Performance Incentives - 5,000 Joining Bonus (after 30 days) - Hybrid work mode & fast career growth
