This role also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams such as finance and quality to ensure alignment with business needs.Supplier Identification – Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.Purchase Order Creation – Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.Cost Reduction – Negotiate pricing and payment terms to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality standards.Market Analysis – Monitor market trends and conduct supplier benchmarking to support strategic sourcing decisions.Contract Administration – Draft, review, and manage procurement contracts for sub-contractors to ensure legal compliance and operational efficiency.Risk Mitigation – Proactively identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including delays, quality issues or vendor failures.Collaboration – Work closely with Finance, Supply Chain and Quality teams to align with business needs.Requirements:Minimum 5 -7 years' experience in sourcing and vendor management.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office Excel and PowerPoint.Ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies.Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and service standards.Conduct market research, benchmarking, and supplier evaluation.Prepare and manage RFQs/RFPs and tendering processes for large-scale projects and services.Lead commercial negotiations and finalize contracts, ensuring alignment with legal and compliance requirements.
