This is a high-ownership role collaborating closely with design, vendors, and production teams.Key Responsibilities:šŸ§µ Supplier Identification & Onboardingā€¢ Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant suppliers and job workers for womenswear production.ā€¢ Negotiate best costings, payment terms, and lead times for monthly collection drops.šŸ“ Product Development & Costingā€¢ Translate design concepts into tech packs and cost sheets.ā€¢ Manage product development to production lead times.šŸ“¦ Production Planning & Executionā€¢ Plan production orders and track T&A calendars.ā€¢ Ensure on-time delivery from factories.šŸ¤ Cross-functional Coordinationā€¢ Liaise with designers, vendors, and internal teams to bridge designā€“productionā€“sales seamlessly.ā€¢ Work closely with pattern makers, cutters, graders, and manufacturers.šŸ§  Skills & Capabilitiesā€¢ Strong communication and coordination skills.ā€¢ Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.ā€¢ Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and fast-moving timelines.Requirements:āœ… Experience in womenā€™s apparel sourcing & productionāœ… Strong vendor management & negotiation skillsāœ… Experience creating tech packs, cost sheets, T&Aāœ… Ability to work across sampling ā†’ production ā†’ dispatchāœ… Excellent communication & follow-up disciplinešŸ“© If youā€™re ready to drive womenswear sourcing for a fast-growing fashion brand, letā€™s connectšŸ“§ shakshi@skyleaf.global | šŸ“± 7521865318
