Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement.
  • Align HR operations with the company’s growth targets, contributing to achieving the long-term vision of exponential growth.

Talent Acquisition and Management

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring high-quality talent onboarding, including marketing teams, senior leadership, and other critical roles.
  • Design and implement effective exit plans for non-performers while ensuring smooth transitions.

Performance and Culture Management

  • Monitor division and individual performance to maintain a healthy sales and operational pipeline.
  • Develop and implement recognition and rewards (R&R) programs to enhance employee motivation and productivity.
  • Fostering the culture and driving the core values of Gopani.

HR Digitalization and Process Improvement

  • Lead the digital transformation of HR processes using tools like ZOHO for tracking and managing HR metrics, onboarding feedback, and candidate experience.
  • Regularly review and optimize HR systems, policies, and processes to improve efficiency and employee satisfaction.

Employee Engagement and Retention

  • Plan and execute activities to foster team collaboration and boost morale.
  • Manage grievance resolution and maintain a positive work environment that aligns with Gopani’s principles.

Budget and Compliance

  • Oversee HR budgets, including hiring, incentives, and team costs, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.


Key Qualifications and Skills

  • Educational Background: MBA in HR or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7–10 years in HR leadership roles, with experience in manufacturing or similar industries preferred.
  • Proven expertise in performance management, HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee engagement.
  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build trust and foster collaboration.
  • Hands-on experience with HR tech platforms (e.g., ZOHO, Darwinbox).
