RoleOverview:As aPreSales Manager you will beresponsible for supporting the sales team in positioning fintechsolutions.. The role involves crafting detailed responses toRFI/RFPs leading solutionsellinginitiatives and delivering compelling demos to clients. You willbridge the gap between customer needs and the company s productofferings ensuring a seamless transition from lead generation tosolutiondelivery.
KeyResponsibilities:1.Documentation & RFP/RFIManagement:
  • Prepareand respond to Requests for Information (RFI) andRequests for Proposal (RFP) from telecom clients ensuring alignmentwith the companys fintech solutions.
  • Developdetailed technical documentation tooutline how the fintech products address specific clientrequirements.
  • Collaboratewith internal teams (sales product legal and technical) to ensureRFP responses are accurate relevant and tailored
  • Maintain arepository of templates and documentation toexpedite future RFI/RFPprocesses.
2. SolutionSelling &Strategy:
  • Understandcustomer business requirements and map the company sfintech solutions to meet those needs within thetelecom space.
  • Develop compellingsolution strategies showcasing how fintech productscan improve customers operational efficiency payment solutions anddigital banking experiences.
  • Partner with thesales team to deliver customizedsolutions for clients building a solid business casefor each prospect.
3.Client Presentations &Demos:
  • Leadproduct demos and presentations topotential customers articulating the technical and businessbenefits of the company s fintechsolutions.
  • Design tailored demoenvironments to simulate realworld use caseshighlighting the value proposition of fintechservices.
  • Participate in clientmeetings to address technical and functional querieshelping to advance sales conversations toclose.
Skills andQualifications:
  • Experience:
  • 38yearsof experience in PreSales Consulting or Business Development with afocus on fintechsolutions.
  • Prior exposure toselling to or working within the telecomindustry is a strong advantage.
  • TechnicalKnowledge:
  • Indepth understandingof financial solutions includingdigital payments mobile wallets loan products or digital bankingplatforms.
DocumentationSkills:
  • Provenability to draft technical and businessdocumentation for RFI/RFPprocesses.
  • Strong writtencommunication skills with attention to detail andaccuracy in craftingproposals.
SolutionSelling:
  • Expertise inconsultative selling with a clearunderstanding of customer needs and aligning solutions to addressbusiness challenges.
  • Ability toidentify crossselling opportunitiesand create compelling value propositions for telecomclients.
PresentationSkills:
  • Excellentverbal communication and presentationskills capable of delivering complex solutions in a simplifiedmanner.
