Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Conduct thorough research on prospective clients and their industries. Engage in client meetings to understand their requirements and offer relevant solutions.
  • Solution Design: Develop and design cost-effective solutions for IT infrastructure and cloud services, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide product demonstrations, answer technical queries, and ensure the proposed solutions meet client needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to develop tailored presentations and proposals. Align client requirements with the company’s service offerings.
  • Leadership: Lead and mentor the presales team, ensuring continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated with the latest trends in cloud computing and IT infrastructure to provide innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure and cloud services, with at least five years in a presales or solutions architect role.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of any one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and Hybrid Cloud
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to design and implement complex IT solutions.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
