The Cloud & Infrastructure Presales and Solutions Head will lead the presales and solutions for the Americas team, focusing on cloud and infrastructure services. This role involves collaborating with sales teams, engaging with clients to understand their needs, and designing tailored solutions that leverage cloud technologies and infrastructure services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Conduct thorough research on prospective clients and their industries. Engage in client meetings to understand their requirements and offer relevant solutions.
- Solution Design: Develop and design cost-effective solutions for IT infrastructure and cloud services, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
- Technical Expertise: Provide product demonstrations, answer technical queries, and ensure the proposed solutions meet client needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to develop tailored presentations and proposals. Align client requirements with the company’s service offerings.
- Leadership: Lead and mentor the presales team, ensuring continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated with the latest trends in cloud computing and IT infrastructure to provide innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure and cloud services, with at least five years in a presales or solutions architect role.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of any one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and Hybrid Cloud
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to design and implement complex IT solutions.
- Leadership and team management experience.
