Job Overview:

As a member of the presales team supporting Gen AI opportunities for HCLTech’s AI Force, you will work closely with the sales, product, and technical teams to identify customer needs and create tailored AI-based solutions that leverage HCL’s cutting-edge AI Force platform. Your role will focus on delivering compelling solutions, managing client engagements, and positioning HCL’s AI capabilities to drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

- Lead presales activities for HCL Technologies’ AI Force platform, collaborating with sales and technical teams to develop AI-driven solutions tailored to client requirements.

- Engage with clients to understand their business challenges, provide technical insights, and present customized AI Force solutions.

- Develop and deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and solution proposals that articulate the value of AI Force in addressing customer pain points.

- Work with product and R&D teams to stay updated on the latest AI innovations and translate these into market-ready solutions for prospective clients.

- Drive end-to-end presales processes, including RFP responses, proof-of-concept (PoC) creation, solution design, and technical proposal development.

- Develop deep knowledge of competitors' AI solutions and contribute to competitive positioning in client interactions.

- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth handover of signed deals, ensuring alignment between proposed solutions and delivery plans.

- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across product, engineering, and business units to enhance cross-functional collaboration and solution development.

- Support account teams in pipeline management, and assist in closing deals by articulating solution value, benefits, and ROI to clients.


Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 10-12 years of experience in presales or solutioning roles, with a strong focus on AI, cloud, or digital transformation technologies. Experience in AI/ML solutions, particularly with Azure OpenAI or other leading AI platforms, is highly desirable.

- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, software engineering lifecycle, cloud-based solutions, and generative AI. Ability to translate technical concepts into business benefits for non-technical stakeholders.

- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the AI application landscape across industries such as technology, telecom, financial services, or healthcare, and experience in positioning AI solutions to address specific industry challenges.

- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver high-impact presentations and engage effectively with C-level executives and technical teams.

- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to create innovative solutions that meet customer needs.

- Collaboration: A collaborative team player who can work effectively in a matrixed environment, fostering partnerships across sales, product, engineering, and R&D teams.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree in technology management is a plus.
