Job Title:Catalyst for Human Resources and Data Driven InnovationAbout the Opportunity:This leadership role oversees the management of HR services and people analytics, focusing on delivering efficient, compliant, and data-driven solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate combines operational excellence in HR administration and payroll with strategic leadership in people data, analytics, and process transformation.Main Responsibilities:Leverage expertise to lead end-to-end management of HR administration and payroll, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations.Develop and implement comprehensive HR service delivery processes, emphasizing simplification, standardization, and automation.Ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance throughout all HR administrative and payroll activities.Serve as a primary point of escalation for HR Business Partners and HR Directors on complex employee and manager inquiries.People Data, Reporting, and Analytics:Establish and maintain people data standards and governance frameworks to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.Create and implement dashboards and standardized reports that provide actionable insights for HR and business decision-makers.Pursue ad-hoc analyses and support data-driven strategic planning initiatives.Promote the organization's people analytics capabilities, driving predictive and strategic insights.Stakeholder and Vendor Management:Collaborate closely with HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders to align systems, processes, and data flows.Manage relationships with external HR service providers, ensuring exceptional service quality, contractual adherence, and cost efficiency.Provide trusted advisory services on HR systems, data management, and process optimization.Leadership and Transformation:Lead, develop, and motivate the HR Services and People Analytics team, fostering engagement, capability growth, and high performance.Champion change management within the HR function to drive adoption of new processes, tools, and data practices.Contribute to the HR digital transformation agenda, ensuring alignment with broader business and talent strategies.Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability across the HR operations landscape.
