Project management capabilities.Position Summary:The Intern recruiters is accountable to support the for the overall recruitment service delivery of the various functions in the BPO hiring for bulk, volume and leadership hiring across locations.Take complete ownership of the hiring engine for BPO volume and leadership hiring across locations.Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.Have industry connects to share salary benchmarking data. Ensures effective on-boarding of selected candidates along with other stakeholders.Analyze and report MIS on various aspects of recruitment viz. TAT adherence, skill based and level-based hiring through put, channel utilization, budget utilization.Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable compensation norms. Reduce cost of hiring and enhance hiring channels.Responsible for sourcing and evaluating vendors for various levels of hiring, within the scope of budget and defined quality as well as.
