Job DescriptionWe are seeking a results-driven Account Strategist to lead our business across multiple product lines. This role is pivotal in driving strategic growth and maintaining strong relationships within the domestic market.Key Responsibilities:Manage and grow key domestic accounts across diverse product linesDevelop and implement account strategies aligned with business goals and customer expectationsServe as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagementCollaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer solutionsAnalyse market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for expansion and innovationLead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and service agreements with key accountsProvide regular performance reports and insights to senior managementRequirements:A bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E. or B.Tech) is mandatory12 to 15 years of proven experience in account management, preferably in industrial or manufacturing sectors4-5 years of experience in managing solar infrastructure-related customersExposure to Tube/metal profile/Sheet-metal stamping parts marketingStrong understanding of domestic market dynamics and customer relationship managementExcellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skillsAbility to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment
