Airties offers broadband operators advanced Wi-Fi solutions and services to allow them bring an improved user experience for their subscribers. The Airties portfolio includes Smart Wi-Fi software, a cloud-based experience management platform with its companion app and data engine. Our company also offers expert, bespoke engineering and testing services.

Globally, Airties is the most widely deployed provider of Smart Wi-Fi solutions to network service providers and our technologies are driving a better-connected user experience in more than 35 million homes.


What you will do:

  • Function as a technical leader or system architect when assigned
  • Investigate new technologies and competing products
  • Develop new product and solution ideas for Airties that can be patented, copyrighted, trademarked
  • Provide in-depth knowledge and experience when defining and implementing vision and new technologies
  • Assist with projects that require specialized skills and knowledge
  • Provide input to engineering and product management Airties product definitions, assist with RFPs as needed
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to other Airties staff.
  • Assist engineering management with process improvement efforts
  • Assist engineering management with hiring process, conduct interviews
  • Assist product management and sales to present and validate company products and solutions to customers
  • Attend meetings with R&D management to discuss strategy and vision


What you should ideally bring:

  • Minimum University Degree (Engineering preferred),
  • Good command of English (written and spoken),
  • 10+ years engineering experience
  • Outstanding technical expertise and demonstrated performance on Cloud computing, Big Data and AI
  • Strong big data mindset, a good understanding of the capabilities, limitations and cost of such systems
  • Knowledge of Fixed Wireless Access and Wi-Fi and CPE’s is a plus.
  • Outstanding understanding of industry status, technical standards, competing technologies
  • Proven ability to take initiative and generate results
  • Accomplished mentoring skills
  • Experience with AI and productized/deployed AI solutions is a plus
  • Experience with AWS and Databricks
