Company Profiles : We are hiring for a multi-national company providing IT services. It provides software and consultancy services in different industries like Finance, Education, Insurance, Retail, Energy, Life Science, and Healthcare. Experience Range: 6 to 15 years Location: PAN India Desired Competencies : Must-Have(Ideally should not be more than 6-8) Experience as Solution Architect in designing Conversational AI solutions and deploying in Azure Cloud Environment Experience with building Chatbots, Voicebots and Emailbots using technologies like MS Bot Framework, Dialogflow ES/CX, IBM Watson, Audio Codes, Twilio, Genesys, Chime. Full stack development experience with high proficiency in languages like Java Script & Python with experience in front-end frameworks like React & Angular and back-end technologies like Node JS & Flask. Deep understanding of NLP concepts like intent recognition, entity extraction, and dialogue management, including services like Azure Cognitive Services. Hands-on experience of using Azure Calculator and in-depth knowledge of Azure Services Experience in HLD, LLD, Architecture & Security Design Understanding and experience of working in Agile Methodology Knowledge and experience of using REST APIs, Service Now APIs, other APIs for ITSM and Contact Centre applications True sense of ownership High passion for learning Excellent communication skills Good-to-Have Good knowledge of Agile delivery, Devops and CI/CD tools Good understanding of Gen AI/LLMs like Azure Open AI, Google Vertex AI, Lang Chain Certifications on Azure Cloud Certifications on Azure Developer and Solution Architect Expert (AZ- 303/304) Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role Define Use Cases mapped to business goals, shortlist & prioritize as per roadmap. Design and architect scalable, resilient, and secure Azure-based solutions for Conversational AI applications. Analyze existing/planned IT landscape to define required integrations with botplatform. Design Chatbot, Voicebot and Emailbots using MS Bot Framework, leveraging Azure Cognitive Services, Gen AI or AI/ML, and Audio Codes for natural language understanding and speech recognition. Design Bots in a Paa S model integrating with various Customer applications like AD, ITSM, Contact Centre etc. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and implement solutions that meet business objectives Create Architecture and Security Design Documents and present the same to Architecture and Security Review Boards of Customer Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior team members, and help them with troubleshooting and development guidance Stay updated on latest advancements in Conversational AI technologies and platforms including but not limited to Azure Technologies, MS CLU, Google Dialogflow, Amazon Connect, Generative AI etc. Required Technical Skill Set MS Bot Framework, MS Open AI, Node.js, Python, AI/ML, Gen AI, MS Azure Cloud Services- CLU, Web Apps, Functions, Blob Storage, Dev Ops
