Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Conversational AI technical lead to join our team. As a Conversational AI Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role as a trusted partner to our clients’ enterprise customers, leading conversational AI projects with excellence. Working closely with our Conversational AI team and our clients, you will ensure seamless integrations and implementation of our technologies to the highest standards. You will oversee a range of customer integrations, from wide-scale environments to bespoke solutions, and provide invaluable guidance to our internal R&D teams to meet all customer requirements effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Design/Architecture of the product/solution across various technologies using concepts of as AI, NLP, ML, Cognitive to develop Chatbots/Agent Assist/Virtual Assistant in accordance with standard design principles and conventions.
• Leading complex AI/ML, GenAI, Conversational AI projects.
• Strong Technical background in delivery of AI-enabled Bot solutions and lead the delivery of large scale conversational AI projects, ensuring successful implementation and integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop well-engineered, tested, and documented software libraries and applications using Python, JavaScript, and cloud technologies
• Strong exposure to the latest trends and technologies of AI and Bot to propose the right Architecture for products and solutions.
• Commitment to high-quality customer service and attention to detail.
What are we looking for?
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science / Software Engineering / or a related field with minimum of 10 years with hands-on experience in building AI-based conversational bot
• Hands on experience in Bot platform/frameworks like Kore.ai, IBM Watson, Microsoft Bot Framework, Dialogflow, Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant, etc.
• Strong background in Python, JavaScript and front-end technologies.
• Solid understanding of API development, cloud services (Azure), and solution architecture.
• Hands on experience in working on projects related to Gen AI, LLM, AI/ML, RAG, Conversational AI (Voice & Text), API Integration, Prompt Engineering
• Familiarity with chatbots, voice enabled devices, or other conversational channels and integrations with various social channels like Slack, FB, Twitter, Skype, MS Teams etc.
