Job Title: Technical Architect - AI/ML
Experience: 10-14 Years
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced self-driven Technical Manager – Architect with 10-14 years of expertise in solution design and software architecture, particularly with Python and cloud-based technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing scalable, high-performance solutions and working with cloud providers like GCP and AWS. Exposure to AI/ML is a plus. Strong leadership, communication skills, and working with global, cross-cultural teams are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the technical architecture and design for complex software solutions.
Drive the design and implementation of scalable systems, ensuring the use of best practices in coding and infrastructure.
Collaborate with global, cross-cultural teams to deliver high-quality solutions in line with project goals.
Work closely with stakeholders, including product managers and engineers, to define architecture and technical requirements.
Provide leadership in cloud architecture on platforms like GCP and AWS.
Ensure performance, scalability, security, and maintainability of architecture solutions.
Manage technical risks, identify bottlenecks, and implement mitigations.
Guide the team in the implementation of Airflow for orchestrating workflows and PySpark for large-scale data processing.
Collaborate with the data science teams to build, deploy, and scale AI/ML solutions (where applicable).
Required Skills:
Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in Python.
Solution Design: Experience in designing and architecting scalable, high-performance systems.
Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with GCP, AWS, or other cloud providers.
Workflow Orchestration: Knowledge of Airflow.
Big Data Processing: Experience with PySpark or similar frameworks.
AI/ML: Exposure to AI/ML frameworks and technologies is a plus.
Leadership: Ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior engineers.
Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with global, cross-cultural teams.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code).
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
10-14 years of hands-on experience in software architecture and solution design.
Proven ability to manage large, complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
