The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting for new business opportunities, conducting sales consultations, and consistently achieving sales targets. This role requires a proven track record in B2B inside sales with strong relationship-building and closing skills in a service-based environment.Location: - Noida or Bengaluru (Onsite)Key Responsibilities:Primary Sales ActivitiesProspect for new business through cold calling, email outreach, and networkingConduct consultative sales conversations and needs assessments via phone and videoPresent service offerings and solutions tailored to prospect needsDevelop customized proposals and service agreementsAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotasMaintain accurate pipeline forecasting and sales activity reportingFocus exclusively on new customer acquisitionLead Management & QualificationFollow up on marketing-generated leads within established timeframesQualify prospects using established criteria and sales methodologySchedule and conduct discovery calls to understand business challenges and needsMove qualified prospects through the sales funnel efficientlyMaintain detailed records of all prospect interactions in CRMSales Support ActivitiesPrepare custom proposals, service agreements, and contractsHand off closed deals to delivery or account management teamsProvide prospect feedback to service delivery and marketing teamsStay current on service offerings, competitive landscape, and industry trendsRequired Qualification:Experience5+ years of proven B2B inside sales experience focused on services or solutions salesTrack record of consistently meeting or exceeding new business acquisition quotasExperience with consultative selling and solution-based sales approachesBackground in hunter-style selling rather than account managementSkills & CompetenciesExcellent phone presence and communication skillsStrong consultative selling and needs assessment abilitiesProficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)Ability to understand complex business challenges and present tailored solutionsStrong proposal writing and presentation skillsSelf-motivated with excellent time management abilitiesResilience and persistence in handling rejectionTechnical RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldProficiency with sales technology stack and video conferencing toolsExperience with proposal generation and contract management softwareStrong writing skills for proposal developmentStrong computer skills including Microsoft Office SuitePreferred QualificationsIndustry-specific experience relevant to our marketPrevious experience selling professional services or solutionsAdditional sales training or certifications in consultative sellingExperience with prospecting tools and lead generation platformsTrack record in complex, consultative sales environmentsBilingual capabilities (if applicable to territory)Sucess MetricsAchievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual new business quotasNumber of new customers acquired and revenue from new accountsSales activity metrics (cold calls, emails, demos, proposals sent)Lead-to-customer conversion rates and sales cycle efficiencyPipeline development and prospect progression through sales stagesQuality of deals closed and smooth handoffs to post-sale teamsIf you are interested and confident in the role, please send your CV to Kumari.sangeeta@net2source.comWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
