Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Manager located in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for daily tasks such as managing inside sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling account management. The role requires the ability to proactively drive sales and build strong customer relationships. --- Key Responsibilities Call and engage with leads provided daily by the company Convert leads into qualified prospects and potential customers. Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes. Consistently achieve monthly sales targets. Collaborate with the internal team to refine calling scripts and strategies. --- Qualifications

Expertise in Inside Sales and Sales strategies
Experience in Lead Generation and Account Management
Skills in promoting Customer Satisfaction
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a team and independently
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the elevator or safety industry is a plus
