Business Analyst PositionWe are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and support strategic planning and operational efficiency in a fast-growing fintech environment.The ideal candidate will contribute to shaping growth strategies, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless execution across key business initiatives. You'll work cross-functionally with product, finance, partnerships, and technology teams to support decision-making, scale operations, and drive impact in digital financial services.Develop business cases based on market research, competitor analysis, and internal performance metrics.Implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and profitability.Support expansion efforts into new markets and partnerships, including regulatory, market, and risk assessments.Analyze KPIs and develop dashboards to track performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.Collaborate with product and tech teams to streamline onboarding, payments, and transaction flows.Evaluate feasibility and impact of new mobile money features, services, and innovations.Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.Sustain project management activities and ensure timely execution of strategic initiatives.Key Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.Strong foundational knowledge of data analytics tools and techniques (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau, etc.).1-2 years of experience working in the FinTech industry is highly desirable.Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.Able to synthesize complex data from financial systems and present findings in a clear and actionable format.
