Operations Manager Job Summary:This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a skilled operations manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our operation to ensure efficiency, quality, and alignment with our overall strategic goals.As an experienced professional in operational management, you will be required to guide our associates in utilizing our digitized platform to communicate the benefits and convenience of our APP, including associated offers. You will also drive the adoption process by assisting associates in downloading and using the App, providing training, and supporting those without the App to order and pay through various payment wallets.Additionally, you will engage daily with food partners to update menu items, coordinate with the tech team to reflect changes on the App and ensure timely push notifications and banner displays. Conducting regular checks on our facilities to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards will also be part of your responsibilities.Key qualifications for this position include strong communication skills, ability to lead and manage food partner employees, and self-motivation to take initiatives.
