Job Title: Business Operations SpecialistWe are seeking a seasoned business operations professional to manage and optimize end-to-end operations.The ideal candidate will bring expertise from Pharma, E-commerce, or Retail industries, with a proven track record in process excellence, compliance, internal stakeholder management, and P&L ownership.Key Responsibilities:Operational Strategy & ExecutionLead and oversee end-to-end business operations, including supply chain, vendor management, compliance, and customer service.Design and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.P&L ManagementOwn and manage business unit P&L, ensuring profitability, cost optimization, and revenue growth.Data & Performance ManagementAnalyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.Drive ROI-focused initiatives across projects.Qualifications:Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) from top-tier colleges/universities is mandatory.MBA/PGDM from reputed B-schools is preferred but not mandatory.8–15 years of experience in business operations, process management, or strategy, preferably in Pharma, E-commerce, or Retail.Preferred Industry Background:Pharma: Regulatory compliance, supply chain management, documentation precision.E-commerce: Logistics, vendor management, customer operations, digital workflows.Retail: Inventory optimization, sales operations, multi-channel coordination.
