- Coordinate with internal architects, designers, contractors, and other departments to ensure design intent and specifications are met.
- Review and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
- Provide technical solutions to challenges in painting, false ceiling, and other interior works.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with standards for finishing works.
- Supervise and guide workers and contractors to ensure adherence to design and safety guidelines.
- Ensure that painting work (interior and exterior) is executed with precision, including surface preparation, priming, edge treatments and final coatings.
- Monitor the installation of false ceilings, including gridwork, panels, and decorative elements.
- Oversee other interior works, such as wall finishes, partition installations, flooring, and carpentry.
- Identify and mitigate risks or potential issues during execution to prevent rework or delays.
- Enforce quality control standards, ensuring a flawless finish in all aspects of interior work.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify adherence to project specifications and client expectations.
- Implement safety measures and ensure workers follow protocols to avoid accidents and injuries.
- Provide progress updates to project managers and clients, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, including daily progress reports, inspection records, and material usage.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve supply chain issues.
- Develop and review detailed work plans for painting, false ceiling, and interior finishing activities.
- Prepare and manage work schedules, ensuring timely completion of all tasks.
- Oversee material selection, procurement, and inventory management to avoid delays or shortages.
- Track project costs related to painting, false ceiling, and interior works to ensure adherence to budgets.
- Identify cost-saving measures without compromising quality or timelines.
- Assist in evaluating contractor bills and ensuring proper certifications before payments.
- Train and mentor site teams and workers on the latest techniques, materials, and equipment used in interior works.
