Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Relationship Manager to join our team at Kingsmen Realty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, understanding their real estate needs, and providing expert guidance on property deals. This role demands excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information on property listings, market conditions, and pricing.
- Conduct property site visits and assist clients in property selection.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay updated with market trends and offer insights to clients on investment opportunities.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and administrative teams to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Maintain and update the client database and sales reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in real estate sales or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Knowledge of Bengaluru’s real estate market is a plus.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player.
