With a team of industry experts, we provide fully integrated real estate solutions to investors, corporate entities, and property owners. Our focus is on understanding client requirements and delivering tailored solutions to safeguard their interests and build lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with Potential Clients: Connect with 80-120 prospective customers daily to share details about our exciting real estate projects.
Relationship Building: Create strong connections with clients to build trust and loyalty.
Coordinate & Follow-Up: Schedule site visits and ensure consistent follow-ups to move leads closer to conversion.
Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to refine our outreach strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 6 months to 4 years in pre-sales, telesales, or similar roles. Prior real estate experience is a big advantage.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong command of English and local languages to connect with a diverse clientele.
Driven & Target-Oriented: Self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer proficiency is a plus.
